Sometimes you need a weekend from your weekend, I think.
Friday night, aside from the miserable weather, saw Kate not feeling well so I sat up with her for much of the night. Then Saturday was a family gathering 1+ hour away and I didn't get home until after 8 and rather tired. That left Sunday to get some of the odd jobs done around the house, so by Sunday afternoon about all I wanted to do was sit and watch the race in Kentucky (way to go Ed!), the MLB playoffs (way to go Tigers!) and some football (way to go Lions!). Dinner and bed. So pretty much a big zero on the hobby front this weekend. And I really hoped to get that mounted riflemen unit painted up, too. Back at work now, but maybe tonight.
